Barentz starts joint venture with Vita Co

Hoofddorp (The Netherlands) – Barentz International has established a Joint Venture with Vita Co., an ingredients distributor in Thailand. With this cooperation Barentz further strengthen its activities within the food ingredients segment in Southeast Asia.

Vita’s knowledge of the Thai market and its customer network will be an asset for Barentz, while Vita’s product portfolio will be widened with Barentz’ product range and production facilities in the region. Vita is part of the VIV Group, a distributor of a wide range of ingredients,. The Joint Venture, Vita Barentz Co. Ltd., will mainly be active within Thailand’s food sector, especially focussing on Health & Nutrition Ingredients.

Health focus
