The Belgian and European Feed Manufacturers associations organise the XXIX FEFAC Congress. This year’s event will be an online gathering, scheduled on September 24 and 25th, 2020.
“Given the current circumstances, we have decided to adapt the meeting format. It will take place on September 24 and 25, 2020, but via livestream-sessions,” says Katrien D’hooghe, secretary-general of Belgian Feed Association (BFA), the host for this years international event.
The main objective of the Congress is to present, debate and sign a joint FEFAC Feed Sustainability Charter 2020-2030, highlighting top priorities and tangible commitments to improve the sustainability of the industry in line with the Vision 2030.
On Thursday September 24th BFA will present its sustainability charter to general public. The next day online sessions will focus on the Fefac sustainability charter. In these sessions the focus will be on the connection of the feed sectors goals with the EU Green deal and Farm to Fork strategy. A team of experts will discuss the expectations of the life stock sector.
