The buy-back of shares is in agreement with the authorisation granted by the ForFarmers Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. They agreed on April 23, 2021 to buy back t maximaum 10 percent of ForFarmers shares. The share buy-back programme has a budget of a maximum of 50 million euro.
